Rei Freecss (レイ, Rei) is a Blacklist Hunter from Whale Island. As his occupation states, Rei hunts down the world's most dangerous criminals and according to Rei, he considers this "his hobby" and hopes on encountering a very powerful criminal who will push him far enough to the point of taking his battles seriously.
Personality[]
As an Emitter, Rei's rather impatient, stubborn, and carefree like many other Emitters. The reason why Rei wanted to become a Hunter is simply "For the thrill". As a Blacklist Hunter, Rei often gets very excited when tracking down a wanted criminal.
